Classes can be held for groups or individuals and everything will be supplied by JK Catering including recipe cards with a step-by-step guide to the lesson. You can choose to watch the chef create your dishes or be talked through the process to make the dishes yourself.
The menu is created according to your fancy allowing you to learn up to four different dishes in your three hour session. You may choose to make a full menu from starter through to dessert, create a range of Christmas canapés, or maybe try your hand at a range of risottos, vegetarian, or pasta dishes, the choice is entirely up to you. The classes can also accommodate any special requirements you may have such as dishes for diabetics, allergies, or that are low in fat.

Once you've survived 18-hour days in a Gordon Ramsay kitchen you're tough enough to take on a room full of unreasonable six-year-olds, or so Joudie Kalla would have us believe. After toiling as a chef in London restaurants including Pengelley's, Daphne's and Papillon, Kalla, who also squeezed in an architecture degree along the way, feels she's taken control of her work-life balance. She now teaches cooking to youngsters and grown-ups when she's not running a catering business for private and corporate clients.
